Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Manager to join our team. If you possess a strong background in procurement and have a passion for driving cost efficiency and supply chain optimization, we would be delighted to have you on board! As a Purchase Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the purchasing department and manage the procurement of goods and services to ensure seamless operations within our company. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, internal teams, and management to facilitate timely and cost-effective sourcing. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies tailored to meet the company's requirements, leading and managing the purchasing team to enhance performance, identifying and assessing potential suppliers while negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, goods, and services. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with internal departments to align with production schedules, maintaining accurate purchasing records, conducting market research to identify new suppliers and market trends, fostering strong relationships with vendors, resolving delivery and quality issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. To qualify for this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Demonstrated experience in team management, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement software, as well as the ability to analyze data for making informed decisions, are also required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with ZOHO Books software would be advantageous.
