✔ Vendor identification, benchmarking, onboarding & rate discovery
✔ Vendor master maintenance & cost optimization
✔ Bill processing & vehicle deployment coordination
✔ Negotiation with vendors & manufacturers for best commercial terms
✔ Coordination with accounts team for smooth payment processing
✔ Quality checks in collaboration with QA team
✔ Vendor evaluation based on defined KRAs & KPIs
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies & legal purchasing norms
🎓 Desired Profile:
✔ Proven experience as a Purchase Manager in real estate
✔ Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills
✔ Knowledge of procurement systems, vendor management & compliance
✔ Ability to drive cost-effective purchasing strategies
