Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager to join our team at Masters India Private Limited, responsible for managing raw material procurement. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings.
Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of purchased materials into production.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in purchasing and supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with suppliers.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Experience with procurement software and systems is required.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve issues related to material quality or supply chain disruptions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
