Job Description

Job Purpose:

Receive indent from user department and raise PO against it to the vendor
Coordinate with vendor for delivery of material
Negotiate with vendor, invite quotation with vendor make comparison and negotiateVendor reconciliation
Managing short supplies and quality issues
Vendor audit Coordination with quality for vendor audit
Coordination with quality for vendor audit
Coordination with different teams like Quality, RA, Stores, Operations for stock receiving & other stock related activities
Alcohol ordering
Coordination with Finance and vendor for item code creation and vendor code creation
Exploring market for alternate product/alternate vendor to bring savings
Coordination with production for their requirement and arrange the material accordingly
Responsible for the overall Purchase of the unit
Co-ordination with HO for purchase, rates & capex/opex purchase
Capex local vendor coordination for deliveries and payments, local PO preparation
