Purchase Manager - Vasai Location

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Purchase Manager to handle vendor sourcing, procurement planning, rate negotiation, and timely purchase of all required materials. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchasing and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement / Purchasing

• Understand material requirements based on production, store, and service needs.
• Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Ensure timely procurement of LED components, electrical materials, tools, and services.
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors for cost-efficiency.

Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors.
• Maintain vendor documentation and compliance records.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Resolve delivery issues, quality concerns, and supply delays.

Planning & Coordination

• Work closely with store and production teams to plan material requirements.
• Track order status, delivery timelines, and supplier commitments.
• Maintain purchase and price comparison sheets.

Documentation & Reports

• Maintain all purchase-related documentation: POs, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Prepare purchase cost reports, vendor performance reports, and comparative statements.
• Update procurement details in ERP/Excel.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in procurement or vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong understanding of purchase processes and documentation.
• Experience in ERP/Excel is must.
• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
