Company Name : EverGlow LED Pvt Ltd. l Website - l Instagram Page - l LinkedIn Page - Key Responsibilities: l Supervise in-line quality inspections and final product audits in the strip light assembly and testing area. l Monitor adherence to quality parameters including brightness, CRI, color temperature, solder joints, PCB layout accuracy, etc. l Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications for strip lights. l Lead root cause analysis for defects like flickering, LED failure, solder issues, etc., and implement CAPA. l Maintain inspection documentation, test reports, calibration records, and rejection logs. l Coordinate with production, R&D, and stores to address component quality concerns. l Train line operators and inspectors on quality standards specific to LED strip light manufacturing. l Assist during internal audits, client inspections, and ISO quality audits. l Ensure 5S and safety norms are followed within the QC area. Required Skills & Qualifications: l Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field. l 3–5 years of relevant experience in LED manufacturing (preferably strip lights or similar products). l Knowledge of LED binning, SMD components, PCB testing, soldering standards, etc. l Familiarity with quality tools (7 QC Tools, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, CAPA). l Hands-on experience with measuring tools (Lux Meter, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc.). l Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
