We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to support the Store & Purchase Manager in daily operations. The role involves managing inventory, assisting in procurement activities, handling ERP entries, and ensuring smooth inward and outward stock movement.

Designation - Store Executive

Department : Stores & Purchase

Location : Vasai

Reporting To : Store & Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:

l Assist Store & Purchase Manager in day-to-day operations of the store and purchase functions.

l Handle inward and outward stock transactions accurately through ERP software.

l Maintain proper records of receipts, issues, and stock reconciliation.

l Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials as per company standards.

l Support in vendor coordination, purchase order follow-ups, and documentation.

l Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and physical verification.

l Prepare and maintain reports related to stock movement, consumption, and shortages.

l Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for store and purchase activities.

l Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Store & Purchase Manager.

Key Requirements:

Ø Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field.

Ø 2–4 years of experience in store-keeping / purchase support.

Ø Hands-on experience in ERP software for inventory management (inward/outward, GRN, etc.).

Ø Knowledge of store operations, stock control, and documentation.

Ø Good communication and coordination skills.

Ø Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Ø Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Ø Knowledge of inventory audits and reporting.

Ø Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
