Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.

• Supplier Relations:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms and reliable service.

• Conduct supplier performance reviews and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

• Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

• Tally Software Management:

• Utilize Tally software to record purchase transactions, maintain purchase records, and generate reports.

• Reconcile purchase orders and invoices in Tally to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis of procurement data.
