Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of stitching machine operators and tailors. Interpret and execute technical patterns, samples, and designs. Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing of garments (as per specialization). Conduct quality checks to ensure stitching accuracy and consistency. Provide training to junior tailors and machine operators. Monitor daily production targets and minimize wastage. Handle different types of stitching machines . Coordinate with the production manager and pattern master for workflow. Solve technical stitching issues on the floor as they arise.

Maintain all reports related to purchase items. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports. Monthly Inventory Stock Audit with Quality. Cross checked and filed up the documents at Inward stage while receiving Goods, Raw material and other miscellaneous items. Prepare DC, COC and Other documents for dispatch and verify the Sales documents while dispatching the goods.
