VGM = Weight of Empty Container wt + Gross wt of Material) Trade related Rules & regulation - Trade Agreements bw 2 countries to get the benefits / waiver from Customs Duty Handling Customs documents , Shipping Documents , Draft BL & Orginal BL Coordination with Custom Housing Agent ( CHA) to ensure all details to corrected in the Draft BL before printing Original BL) Fixing up the correct Inco Terms related to the duties & responsiblities to sellers & buyers Ensure on time Customs Payments for the clearance with Accounts Team Fumigation Process incase of Pallet packing / No fumigation currently as goes in Carton After Completion of CHA payments , Prepare "WAY BILL" to the transporter Imports - From Custom gate to the Final destination ( Imports) Export - from Factory to Port Destination. Liasioning Certicate / Permission from Custom office for Factory stuffing ( if FCL shippment ) - Appraiser officer will issue the Permission & License. EP Circle Officer will visit factory check the materials & capacity on factory stuffing in advance Outward Remittance Payment - Import Inward Remittance Payment - Export Ice Gate - Checklist filing for BOE , Shipping Bills, Tracking of Customs related activity FOB - Payment of 60$ - 100$ import /Export Clearance
