Key Responsibili¢es: Sales & Client Rela¢onship Iden¢fy new business opportuni¢es and generate leads through phone calls, digital channels, and market visits. Conduct customer mee¢ngs and visits local or outsta¢on when required. Present product features, samples, and benets eec¢vely to customers. Handle quota¢ons, pricing discussions, and nego¢a¢ons. Maintain strong follow-ups to convert inquiries into conrmed orders. Maintain client records, communica¢on logs, and daily repor¢ng. Travel & Field Ac¢vi¢es Travel to customer loca¢ons for business development, product explana¢on, or client onboarding. A¢end exhibi¢ons, events, trade shows, and dealer gatherings as company representa¢ve. Visit factory units to coordinate special orders, approvals, or custom requirements. Product Development Support Work closely with the product development team to understand new designs, features, materials, and updates. Provide customer feedback to the development team to support improvements and customiza¢on. Par¢cipate in eld tes¢ng, sample approvals, and prototype demonstra¢ons when needed. Factory & Opera¢ons Coordina¢on Visit factory/produc¢on units for inspec¢on of samples, order status checks, and understanding material availability. Coordinate between sales, produc¢on, and dispatch teams to ensure ¢mely delivery.


Accounts & Documenta¢on Support Assist in payment follow-ups and coordina¢on with the accounts department. Share invoice copies, order updates, and payment status with customers. Ensure all documents (PO, GST details, address conrma¢on) are collected accurately. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communica¢on & nego¢a¢on skills Excellent coordina¢on and mul¢tasking ability Good understanding of sales follow-up systems Basic knowledge of accounts processes (invoice, advance, payment follow-up) Prociency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email dra¢ing Condence in travelling and interac¢ng with clients Qualica¢ons & Experience: Bachelors degree (Business, Marke¢ng, Commerce preferred) 14 years of experience in sales or business development Experience in automo¢ve, manufacturing, or accessories industry preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:45 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
