About the Roles & Responsibility: Manage end-to-end financial accounting, audits, and statutory compliance. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, including filing, assessments, and appeals. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support business objectives. Ensure timely statutory filings including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes. Guide junior accountants and oversee day-to-day financial operations. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership . Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in core finance and accounting roles. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act. Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Manage and maintain Linux servers including IBM LinuxONE environments and Oracle infrastructure. Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Linux OS and Oracle components on LinuxONE Monitor system health, perform regular backups, and ensure disaster recovery readiness Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and database infrastructure issues Optimize system performance and conduct capacity planning Implement security best practices, including patch management and vulnerability assessments • Manage Oracle database infrastructure collaboration with DBA teams Automate routine tasks using shell scripting, Python, or other scripting languages Lead and conduct knowledge transfer sessions and documentation for junior staff Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades Follow ITIL processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of exp. in project management, preferably in technology consulting or services environment. Should have strong work experience in government projects. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams & deliver projects on time, within budget, & with high quality. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
