Position: Purchase Executive Location: Akota, Vadodara Company: Vilas Transcore ltd Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Previous experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a proactive approach Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and components needed for production. Maintain and update purchasing records, including prices, quantities, and delivery dates. Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate favorable terms. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely availability of materials. Support the purchasing team in analyzing market trends and supplier performance.
