Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive – Electrical & Turnkey Projects

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement process for Electrical and Turnkey Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing electrical materials, handling vendor negotiations, and coordinating logistics to meet project deadlines. This role supports project execution by ensuring timely availability of quality materials and services at competitive costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure electrical components, equipment, and services required for turnkey projects.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project, design, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
Create and process purchase orders, follow up on order confirmations, and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain relationships with vendors and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery notes.
Assist in cost reduction initiatives through effective sourcing strategies.
Support in documentation required for audits, tenders, and project billing.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchase within electrical contracting or turnkey project environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and vendors.
Familiarity with BOQs, technical drawings, and specifications.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or other procurement tools).
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in handling MEP or EPC project procurement.
Knowledge of taxation, import duties, and local compliance (GST, E-way bills, etc.).
Understanding of quality assurance and inspection processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
