Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock levels.
Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment with suppliers.
Analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
