Job Title: Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive

Location:

Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive

Purchase Executive

to handle vendor management, tender coordination, and product procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers. This role may involve field visits and coordination tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors regarding tenders, quotations, order terms, product specifications, and delivery schedules.

Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong professional relationships.

Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase agreements.

Prepare and process purchase orders, tender documents, and comparative statements.

Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and product availability.

Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and documentation.

Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and quality checks.

Work closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to understand product needs and ensure timely procurement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of products related to the company s industry

(customize as needed).

Experience in handling vendor communication and tender processes.

Good understanding of procurement procedures, documentation, and negotiations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multi-task and work under strict timelines.

Willingness for field visits or vendor meetings when required.
