Purchase Executive - SCM

As a Procurement Specialist at our company, your role will involve selecting new suppliers based on various factors such as product availability, pricing, supplier valuation, revenue, credibility, and product quality. You will also negotiate costs for regular items to achieve cost savings. Handling RFQs to various vendors, negotiating prices, comparing offers, and finalizing deals will be key responsibilities in your role. Moreover, you will be responsible for purchase order creation, order processing, and shipment follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Select new suppliers based on factors like product availability, pricing, supplier valuation, revenue, credibility, and product quality. - Negotiate costs for regular items to achieve cost savings. - Handle RFQs to various vendors, negotiate prices, compare offers, and finalize deals. - Create purchase orders, process orders, and follow up on shipments. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of SAP MM module (Materials Management) is preferred. - Familiarity with incoterms and import/export procurement is an advantage. - An academic background in Electronics & Electrical is desirable for this position.,
