Purchase Executive - SCM

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the supplier selection process based on various factors such as product availability, pricing, supplier valuation, revenue, credibility, and product quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting supplier evaluations based on product availability, pricing, supplier valuation, revenue, credibility, and product quality. - Negotiating costs for regular items to ensure cost savings for the company. - Sending out RFQs (Request for Quotations) to different vendors, negotiating prices, comparing offers, and finalizing deals. - Creating purchase orders, managing order processing, and ensuring timely shipment follow-up. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Familiarity with SAP MM module (Materials Management) would be advantageous. - Good understanding of incoterms and experience in import/export procurement. - An academic background in Electronics & Electrical fields is highly desirable.
