Job Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Executive to manage our procurement activities, vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain management. Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors. Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. Develop purchasing strategies that align with business goals. Issue purchase orders and track the delivery of goods. Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement costs. Handle vendor evaluations and build long-term supplier relationships. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 - 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
