Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the chemical industry and a strong understanding of supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms.

2. Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and
potential future development.

3. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

5. Evaluate supplier performance and develop strong relationships.

6. Work closely with the production and inventory teams to ensure materials are available
when needed.

7. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the purchasing process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the chemical industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
