Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with a technical background in Electrical or Electronics to manage procurement operations. This role is ideal for male candidates, including freshers, who are eager to start their career in purchasing and supply chain management in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying suppliers and vendors for electrical and electronic components, tools, and systems.
Request and evaluate quotations based on cost, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
Support in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
Work closely with project and technical teams to understand material requirements.
Track and maintain procurement records, delivery logs, and vendor databases.
Follow up on delayed deliveries or quality issues with vendors.
Support in maintaining inventory levels and updating procurement status regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational background in Electrical/Electronics (Diploma or B.Tech/B.E.).
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and systems.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Willingness to learn procurement processes and vendor coordination.
Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred:

Knowledge of ERP or procurement software (can be trained if fresher).
Male candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a technical procurement role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
