Job Description:
We are hiring a Purchase Executive to manage and streamline our procurement process. The role requires handling vendor negotiations, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring timely purchase of materials at the best quality and cost. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and stock levels
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment
Coordinate with the accounts and production departments for smooth operations
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
Monitor market trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (specialization in supply chain/commerce preferred)
2+ years of experience in procurement or purchase department
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of inventory management and purchase software (ERP/MS Excel preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
Benefits:
Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
