We have an opportunities for our company konverge technologies - Mumbai(Goregaon).

Key Responsibilities:

Dedicated resource to manage procurement-related activities efficiently.
Vendor coordination.
purchase order processing, follow-ups for timely delivery, and maintaining procurement records.
Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Coordinate with the Sales, finance, and other departments.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of procurement software (e.g., Tally Prime, Quick Book Zoho, etc.).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
