Job Title: Accountant cum Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end purchasing and procurement processes
, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order (PO) preparation.
Maintain accurate
billing, accounting, and payment records

Handle
day-to-day accounting entries
, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for
timely delivery and payments

Prepare and maintain
purchase documentation
and vendor files.
Support
administrative tasks
related to office operations and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain
transparency in procurement
.

Requirements:

Graduate in
Commerce, Accounting, or related field
.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
purchase, accounts, and admin coordination
.
Hands-on experience with
MS Excel, Tally, and basic accounting software
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
