Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive based in Arki. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing quality materials at competitive rates, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of materials, maintaining inventory records, and collaborating with internal teams for their procurement needs. The role requires efficient negotiation and analytical skills to optimize purchasing processes and achieve cost-effective results while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor relations
• Skills in negotiation, cost analysis, and identifying quality materials
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain detailed records accurately
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards, particularly API 20E requirements, is advantageous
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software or ERP systems is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in procurement or a similar role in the manufacturing industry is preferred
