Job Description


Identifying and evaluating suppliers, based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.

Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best deals.

Preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies.

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with warehouse/store for replenishment needs.

Tracking deliveries and resolving issues related to late or incomplete shipments.

Maintaining up-to-date records of supplier contracts, price lists, and product specifications.

Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.

Liaising with internal departments to understand material requirements.

Conducting market research to identify potential vendors and assess cost-saving opportunities.

Assisting with audits and reporting related to procurement activities.
