Purchase Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our growing supply chain team. ✨ What We Offer: ✅ Hands-on experience with real-time smart home projects ✅ Mentorship and growth opportunities in procurement and operations ✅ Exposure to technical sourcing in a high-growth industry ✅ Friendly, collaborative work culture with cross-functional learning Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and lead times Raise purchase orders based on project and stock requirements Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and documentation Maintain procurement logs, GRNs, and invoice records Support store and project teams in ensuring timely material availability Assist in vendor evaluation and cost analysis Work with the senior purchase manager on cost optimization and vendor sourcing ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase coordination Basic understanding of purchase cycles, vendor communication, and documentation Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/inventory tools Good coordination and communication skills Preferred: Experience in electrical, electronics, or automation-related sourcing Exposure to a product or project-based environment Take the next step in your procurement career with CogCons and grow in India’s rapidly expanding smart home technology sector.
