About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Purchase Executive (Fresher) to join our procurement team. The role involves supporting the purchase and procurement process for automation products, components, and services. The candidate will assist in vendor management, purchase order creation, negotiation, and maintaining proper records of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and procurement of automation products such as PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, sensors, drives, control panels, and other related components.
• Support in vendor identification, quotation collection, and price comparison.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to understand requirements.
• Maintain updated records of supplier details, contracts, and product specifications.
• Assist in cost control, inventory monitoring, and negotiation with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Automation or related field.
• Strong interest in industrial automation and procurement processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship/industrial training in purchase/supply chain will be an added advantage.
