Job Description: As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will manage purchase orders, job orders, and supplier relationships to support our operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's purchasing needs.
• Manage the entire procurement process, including creating and processing purchase orders and job orders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement expenses.
• Learn about steel products and specifications to understand the purchase requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Although not mandatory, having it is an asset.
• Proven experience as a Procurement / Purchase Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, and job orders.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software (Tally Prime) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
