SUMMARY

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:

We are in need of a Purchase Executive to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials, equipment, and services for our operations in slag management and metal recovery. The ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

Acquire relevant work experience in purchasing or logistics
Develop skills in negotiation, financial acumen, effective communication, and proficiency in procurement
Strategically plan and align procurement strategies with company objectives
Forecast market trends and evaluate risks and opportunities
Prepare presentation reports and purchasing strategies
Manage budgets and cost estimates
Research and source new suppliers and vendors
Maintain records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or relevant field
Experience: minimum 3-5 years
Qualification: Any Graduation
