Job Summary - We are hiring a Purchase Engineer responsible for RFQ handling, vendor coordination, price negotiation, follow-ups, and RFQ closure. The role focuses purely on purchase activities and vendor management. Key Responsibilities - Receive, prepare, and manage RFQs from internal teams Identify and coordinate with vendors for quotations Close RFQs and hand over finalized details to PO team Follow up with vendors on quotations, revisions, and confirmations Maintain RFQ trackers, vendor pricing records, and purchase reports Develop and manage vendor relationships for cost and timeline efficiency Requirements - Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years experience in purchase Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Good negotiation and follow-up abilities Why Join TPM Kart - Clear role ownership in purchase operations Structured procurement processes Growth opportunity in a fast-scaling organization
