Purchase Associate: Electrical Control Panels (Male/Female Both Candidates can apply)

Join our dynamic team at VCIPL, a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical control panels serving industrial and commercial clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders

2. Source and negotiate with suppliers for electrical components and materials

3. Coordinate with production and stores to ensure timely material delivery

4. Track order status, follow up with vendors, and manage delivery schedules

5. Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation

6. Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards

7. Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-ups

8. Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock

9. Assist in vendor evaluation and cost control activities

10. Prepare purchase reports and MIS data

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

2. Basic knowledge of electrical panel components and switchgear

3. Experience in procurement or purchase coordination (preferred)

4. Good communication and negotiation skills

5. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or purchase management systems
