Purchase Associate

Position: Purchase Associate (Field & Documentation)

Location: Nasiklub, Nashik

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: 13000 - 15000 Per Month

_ Responsiblities :_

• Field Procurement: Directly source and purchase required materials, equipment, and services from various vendors, suppliers, and local markets
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms; conduct negotiations for cost-effectiveness
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and pricing for commonly purchased goods to inform procurement strategies.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the timely delivery or transport of purchased goods to the required company location or site.
• Documentation & Billing: Meticulously collect, review, and process all purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Ensure all financial documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted according to company procedures
• Record Keeping: Maintain an organized system for tracking purchases, expenses, and vendor information, potentially using procurement software or databases
• Quality Control: Verify the quality and quantity of received goods against orders and specifications, addressing any discrepancies immediately.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or related field role is preferred. Must have a previous Experience in Hotel Industry in same Department
• Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent mathematical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and potentially procurement or expense management software.
• Attributes: A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field environment, demonstrating reliability and strong time management skills.
• Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for fieldwork. Fuel Charges will be Reimbursed
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
