Costing Engineer: Electrical Control Panels

Location: Ghaziabad

Join our dynamic team at VCIPL, a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical control panels serving industrial and commercial clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review customer specifications, SLDs, and BOMs to prepare accurate cost estimates.

2. Calculate material costs based on panel type (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD, etc.), busbar sizing, switchgear components, and enclosure type.

3. Coordinate with design and procurement teams to gather data for pricing and cost inputs.

4. Prepare and update costing sheets and maintain historical data for future references.

5. Evaluate and compare vendor quotes for components like ACBs, MCCBs, relays, meters, cables, etc.

6. Assist the sales and tendering team in preparing techno-commercial offers and quotations.

7. Ensure all cost estimations meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.

2. 2+ years of experience in control panel Costing.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP Systems will be add on.

4. Strong knowledge of Electrical Components and Panel Layouts.

5. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
