Purchase and Legal Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities: Purchase Management:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize procurement risks.
• Implement and monitor vendor evaluation and performance processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.
• Monitor price trends and ensure competitive purchasing.

Legal & Compliance:

• Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, lease agreements, etc.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of legal and contractual records.
• Support in dispute resolution, legal notices, and handling vendor-related legal issues.
• Keep updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting procurement or contracts.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Sound knowledge of procurement and legal practices.
• Good understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
