How You Will Drive Growth


1. The Goal: Scale Profit

Your primary mission is simple: grow the Gross Profit (GP) of your portfolio. You’ll move away from simple account management and focus entirely on high-impact growth strategies. Success is measured by the actual profit you bring to the table.


2. The Daily Hustle (Lead Measures)

To hit your targets, you will focus on the actions that actually produce results:

  • Grow the Network:

    Identify and activate 5-8 top-tier, reliable publishers every month.
  • Launch Fast:

    Keep the momentum high by rolling out and stabilizing 3 new international campaigns every week.
  • Deep Dives:

    Every day, you’ll look at the numbers, cut the waste, and double down on the traffic sources that are actually performing.


3. The Scoreboard

We believe in total transparency. You will always know exactly how you’re doing through a real-time scoreboard that tracks:

  • GP vs. Target:

    Your weekly and monthly profit benchmarks.
  • Quality Control:

    Keeping fraud and rejection rates below strict thresholds (especially in Fintech).
  • Market Mix:

    The growth balance between your domestic and international accounts.


4. Weekly Sprints

Every week, we huddle to review the scoreboard, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and set clear "sprints" for the next 7 days. This keeps the team aligned and ensures you have the support you need to win.


What You Bring to the Table


  • The Track Record:

    3–4 years in the affiliate/performance marketing space. You know how the industry works, from tracking links to payout negotiations.
  • Vertical Knowledge:

    Deep experience in

    Banking/Fintech, Auto, Education, and Real Estate.

    You understand what a "good lead" looks like in these sectors.
  • The Rolodex:

    You already have a "warm" list of publishers and partners you can call today to start scaling campaigns.
  • Technical Grip:

    You are comfortable with platforms like Offerslook, HasOffers, or Affise, and you understand mobile attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust).
  • The "Hunter" Mindset:

    You enjoy the challenge of being measured by your own performance. You are self-motivated, direct, and profit-driven.
