Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates and publishers for CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPS (Cost per Sale) campaigns.
Global Campaign Execution: Lead and optimize affiliate programs focused on SEA, US, and UK geographies.
Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data, monitor KPIs (CR, CPL, CPS, ROI), and make real-time tweaks to hit revenue goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the tech, design, and content teams to support affiliates with creatives, tracking, and promo strategies.
Compliance & Quality Checks: Monitor traffic quality, enforce campaign T&Cs, and proactively manage fraud or compliance issues.
Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver weekly/monthly reports, share performance insights, and support forecasting for business growth.
