We are seeking a dynamic and media-savvy PR Manager to lead public relations efforts for our luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of media contacts in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury, and a deep understanding of how to position a high-end brand through compelling storytelling, press coverage, influencer partnerships, and event strategy.

You will be responsible for shaping and protecting the brand’s image, elevating its presence in target markets, and driving brand affinity through earned media and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Relations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, and influencers across fashion, lifestyle, luxury, and trade media.
• Pitch brand stories, product launches, designer interviews, and features to secure consistent, high-quality press coverage.
• Manage all media inquiries, interviews, and press events.

🧠PR Strategy & Campaigns

• Create and execute integrated PR strategies to support product launches, collaborations, events, and corporate announcements.
• Align PR efforts with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and sales goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Brand Storytelling & Content

• Craft press releases, media kits, brand backgrounders, and talking points.
• Ensure brand messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across all public-facing channels.
• Support the development of founder/designer profiles and key brand narratives.

Influencer & Talent Engagement

• Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders, stylists, and celebrities for jewellery placements and visibility.
• Manage gifting programs, influencer partnerships, and social mentions.

Events & Activations

• Plan and execute press previews, brand experiences, trunk shows, or jewellery showcases.
• Manage press guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event media follow-up.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the luxury fashion or jewellery industry.
• Strong media contacts in luxury, lifestyle, and fashion sectors.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience managing events, influencer campaigns, and editorial placements.
• Proficiency in PR software (e.g., Cision, Launchmetrics, Muck Rack).
