Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Jaipur. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, managing secretarial duties, maintaining company records, organizing board meetings, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include overseeing corporate governance and providing legal and administrative support. Qualifications Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI. 3+ years of experience in handling company law compliance, secretarial work, statutory filing, and legal documentation. Experience in jewellery or luxury product companies will be an added advantage. Knowledge of SEBI regulations, ROC, Board resolutions, legal audits, and shareholder agreements.
