Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled PR Manager to lead communication strategies, manage media relations, and oversee PR activities for multiple brands. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Marathi and have strong experience in PR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets (especially Maharashtra media).
• Draft and review press releases, articles, PR profiles, and communication materials.
• Handle media coordination for interviews, bytes, coverages, and brand features.
• Manage client communication, understand requirements, and provide PR solutions.
• Monitor media coverage and create weekly/monthly PR reports.
• Guide junior team members and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
• Coordinate PR campaigns and handle crisis communication when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in PR, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications.
• Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
• Strong writing, pitching, and communication skills.
• Good network with Maharashtra-based media.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients.
• Leadership skills and team handling ability preferred.
• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Salary Range:

₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
