Role Overview: The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders to support and promote skill development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with individuals, organizations, and stakeholders involved in skill development through regular engagement, networking, and event participation. Needs Assessment: Understand the goals, challenges, and priorities of stakeholders to tailor skill development programs that address their specific needs. Opportunity Identification: Utilize established networks to discover new opportunities for training programs, partnerships, and funding to expand skill development efforts. Collaboration Facilitation: Act as a bridge between stakeholders, encouraging cooperation and joint initiatives that strengthen program outcomes. Program Support: Assist in the design, development, and execution of skill development programs, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and organizational goals. Representation and Promotion: Serve as an effective ambassador for the organization, communicating its mission, values, and initiatives to external audiences. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport across diverse stakeholder groups. Proven ability to establish and sustain long-term professional relationships. Strong networking skills with a robust contact base in the skill development sector. Competence in assessing stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable insights. Problem-solving mindset to address challenges and optimize program success. Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Solid understanding of the skill development ecosystem, including relevant policies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in customer service, sales, public relations, or similar roles is advantageous.
