Public Relations Manager

Role Overview: As a Public Relations (PR) Manager at Advicta, you will be responsible for leading and managing all external communications, brand reputation, and public relations initiatives for the media and entertainment ventures. Your role will involve developing and executing effective PR campaigns, handling media relations, managing press conferences, and serving as the key spokesperson for the organization. Your strong network in the film, media, and entertainment space will be crucial in driving visibility and engagement for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective public relations campaigns and communication strategies for entertainment and film projects. - Handle media relations, including writing press releases, building media kits, and cultivating relationships with journalists, influencers, and entertainment media. - Plan and manage press conferences, media interactions, interviews, red-carpet events, premieres, and product launches. - Act as the key spokesperson and representative for the organization in public and media forums. - Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication when necessary. - Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure brand consistency across all public-facing platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, influencers, and key stakeholders within the industry. - Track PR campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - 7-12 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the film, media, or entertainment industries. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - In-depth understanding of current trends in media and entertainment.,
