Public Relations Expert - Real Estate

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Public Relations (PR) Expert to manage, strengthen, and promote the public image of our real estate brand. The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience in real estate communications, strong media relations capabilities, and a proven track record in handling brand reputation, strategic campaigns, and corporate communication. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support key business objectives through effective PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media influencers.
• Secure consistent and positive media coverage for projects, launches, and corporate announcements.
• Address and manage media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation

• Draft and refine press releases, speeches, articles, media notes, reports, and social media content.
• Ensure all communication materials align with the organizations brand standards and messaging.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Support marketing and sales objectives through targeted communication initiatives.

Crisis Management

• Prepare and execute crisis communication plans during unexpected situations or negative publicity.
• Protect and maintain the organizations reputation through effective communication strategies.

Event Management

• Plan and coordinate press conferences, promotional events, corporate gatherings, and project launch activities.
• Oversee PR engagements for exhibitions, customer events, and channel partner meets.

Social Media Management

• Manage and monitor PR-aligned content across digital platforms.
• Engage with the public online to maintain a positive brand presence.

Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor media coverage, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Conduct analysis to evaluate PR effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Internal Communications

• Facilitate clear communication within the organization.
• Ensure employees and internal stakeholders are informed about key updates and milestones.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in PR within the real estate industry (mandatory).
• Strong media network and established industry contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in PR analytics, media monitoring tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis communication professionally.
