Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Coordinator located in Delhi, India. The Event Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating events, providing excellent customer service, executing event plans, and ensuring smooth event operations. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and handling sales inquiries. The role involves continuous communication with clients and staff to ensure optimal event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Media Management

• Develop and execute PR strategies to promote the hotel and its restaurants, bars, and catering outlets.

• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, bloggers, and lifestyle journalists.

• Handle media queries and crisis communication when necessary.

Brand Communication & Storytelling

• Curate engaging brand stories highlighting hotel experiences, events, and culinary offerings.

• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all PR activities.

• Manage PR for hotel events, F&B launches, food festivals, collaborations, and brand tie-ups.

• Work with external agencies for event publicity and sponsorships.

Digital PR & Influencer Engagement

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in hospitality and F&B.

• Manage online reputation on TripAdvisor, Zomato, Google Reviews, and social media.

• Track digital PR campaigns, coverage, and engagement.

Content & Collateral

• Draft speeches, messages, and talking points for hotel leadership.

• Create PR calendars in line with festivals, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Coordinate with the design and digital team for creatives supporting PR initiatives.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare PR reports with ROI analysis.

• Track competitor PR strategies and industry trends.

• Maintain a strong media database and relationship management system.
