Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms for both Monks Interactive and our diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging social media strategies aligned with campaign and brand goals Create compelling content (text, image, and video) for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across brand handles Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Work closely with the PR team to integrate social media into larger campaign narratives Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely and high-quality content output Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner Qualifications & Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for brand tone and storytelling Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling and analytics tools Ability to work on multiple accounts simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Bonus Points For Basic knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotions Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations A personal interest in PR, branding, or content marketing
