Role Overview

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design static and animated creatives for social media, print, and digital campaigns
• Create brand-aligned visual assets, including infographics, presentations, media kits, and advertisements
• Work closely with the PR and social media teams to bring campaign ideas to life visually
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
• Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and impactful
• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or creative setting
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. And familiarity with Canva or similar quick-design tools for rapid turnarounds
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand messaging
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred

Bonus Points For

• Experience creating short-form video content, GIFs, or motion graphics
• A personal interest in branding, advertising, or PR campaigns
