About the Role

Public Relations Executive

You will work closely with the management, investor relations, and communication teams to shape narratives, simplify financial data, and deliver impactful messaging that strengthens market reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement

  PR strategies focused on investor confidence and market perception

  .
• Draft

  press releases, investor communications, newsletters, and annual report content

  .
• Create and manage

  investor presentations, factsheets, and digital content

  .
• Conduct

  research on industry trends, competitors, and financial markets

  to guide communication strategies.
• Collaborate with design teams (or independently create)

  infographics, presentations, and digital creatives

  for investor communications.
• Manage and update

  corporate communication channels

  – website, social media, investor sections.
• Coordinate

  press conferences, analyst calls, investor events, and media interactions

• Monitor

  media coverage, analyst reports, and market sentiment

  , and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure all messaging is

  accurate, transparent, and compliant with SEBI/regulatory guidelines

  .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Finance, Business, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields

  .
• Strong understanding of

  financial concepts, capital markets, and investor behavior

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  – ability to simplify complex financial data.
• Innovative, creative, and detail-oriented with strong storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in

  graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)

  .
• Comfortable with

  media interactions, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration

  .
• Ability to

  work under tight deadlines

  while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in

  Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, PR agencies, or Financial Media

  .
• Knowledge of

  IPO communications, quarterly results communication, and shareholder engagement

  .
• Familiarity with

  digital PR, media monitoring tools, and analytics platforms
