Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychometrician, located in Mumbai Malad. The Psychometrician will be responsible for developing and analyzing assessments, utilizing classical test theory and item response theory. Daily tasks will involve detailed test development, educational measurement, and conducting job analysis. The role requires collaboration with other team members to ensure high-quality, reliable assessments and analysis results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory
• Experience in Test Development and Educational Measurement
• Skills in Job Analysis and understanding of test construction principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Master’s degree in Psychometrics, Educational Psychology, or related field
• Experience in the mental health or educational sector is a plus
