Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop psychometrically sound assessments tailored to diverse testing needs. - Conduct statistical analyses to assess the reliability, validity, and fairness of assessment tools. - Interpret test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. - Stay updated on advancements in psychometric methodologies and integrate innovations into our assessment systems. - Oversee the accuracy and integrity of testing materials and procedures. - Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and subject matter experts to align testing solutions with project objectives. Qualification Required: - Ph.D. in Psychology, Statistics, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in psychometric assessment development and analysis. - Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or similar. - Strong understanding of test design, validation, and standardization. - Ability to interpret statistical data and present insights clearly. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in improving assessments through data-driven methods. In addition to the above qualifications, it would be beneficial to have: - Continued education or certifications in psychometrics or measurement science. - Experience working with item response theory (IRT), classical test theory (CTT), or computer-based testing platforms.
