Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify personality traits and behaviors.
Develop and implement psychometric tests and surveys to measure various aspects of human behavior.
Analyze data from psychometric assessments to provide insights into individual personalities and behaviors.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate psychometric data into product development and marketing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology and psychometrics to improve assessment tools and methods.
Provide training and support to other staff members on psychometric testing and assessment techniques.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of psychological principles and practices, including personality theory and behavioral genetics.
Experience with psychometric testing and assessment tools, such as MBTI or similar instruments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and advancements in psychology and psychometrics.
